The Andover Forest HOA Board of Directors Meetings are usually held virtually by phone every other month, on the third Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m., unless circumstances change.

Any homeowner who wants to virtually attend the Open Session of a Board Meeting by phone should contact All Points within two business days of the date of any such meeting to obtain a Meeting Link. The Meeting Link should not be shared with others or disseminated on social media or any public platforms. This is necessary to keep track of meeting attendance and ensure that the private information discussed therein is only shared with Andover Forest homeowners.

In order to conduct the Board Meetings efficiently, all attendees should join the meeting no later than 4:55 p.m. Admission to the meeting may be closed after that time. Please also note that homeowners cannot participate in the discussions at Board Meetings unless such is specifically approved in advance by the Board. Comments from homeowners may be allowed at the conclusion of Open Session.
